After a warm shower using DMK Hydra Louffa, gently massage a thin layer of the body sculpting creme into the areas of concern.

Wrap the areas in several layers of cling film.

The sculpting creme should then stay on the skin for 8 -12 hours, so a perfect evening treatment before bedtime.
