Appointment Deposits:

We now require 50% deposit of all treatments in advance when booking effective June 2022 regardless of booking online or over the phone.

Our above strict cancellation policy is in place and the deposit will be withheld if you cancel within the cancellation period.

No-show appointments will be charged in full for all treatments booked.

If you are late or haven’t filled in your consultation forms, any lost time will be deducted from your treatment as we are running on a strict appointment only basis & all of our treatments have an allocated time slot.

All consultation and consent forms will be sent ahead of your appointment, please ensure to submit at least 24-hours in advance of your appointment or we will not be able to treat you on the day.

Cancellation policy:
With all booking cancellations, Touch and Glow Skin and Laser Clinic must be notified 24 hours in advance of the booking date and time. For the month of December we do require 48hour notice. We are closed Sundays & Bank Holiday Monday’s so your cancellation must be made on the prior working day. A 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking & any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable and only credits are offered where bookings are cancelled within the allowed timeframe.

No Show appointments will be charged in full.

If you are on a course of treatments & cancel within the 24hour period or do not show up for your appointment you will loose that treatment from your course.

Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.

No Children

Unfortunately we cannot allow children on the premises. If you do attend your appointment with children, we will have to cancel your appointment & enforce cancellation fee. This is for both insurance purposes & to ensure a calm, relaxed environment for all clients.

Gift Vouchers:
Please note all promotional gift vouchers are valid for services only and cannot be redeemed for retail products. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift vouchers are only valid for stated value or treatment, they cannot be redeemed towards other values or treatments.

If a gift voucher is purchased on special offer or is discounted, it cannot be used towards another promotional offer, as we do not accept double discounting. Exceptions may be made to swap a treatment voucher for an alternative treatment of same value, however this must be approved by a manager at the clinic.

Gift vouchers have no expiry date and will remain valid until used with the exception of some limited offers which may have an expiry date due to promotional price.
Only Vouchers purchased online are redeemable against online orders.

Offers:
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Covid 19:
Please attend the clinic alone, visitors and children will not be permitted. If you arrive early you may need to wait outside until we are ready to take you in for your treatment.
