How to use:

• Wrap the areas in several layers of cling film.
• Relax for 40 minutes then gently remove the plastic and massage any remainder of the sculpting creme into the skin using a circular motion.
• The sculpting creme should then stay on the skin for 8 -12 hours, so a perfect evening treatment before bedtime.
