How to Redeem Your Gift Voucher
To use your gift voucher, you must provide:
* The physical gift voucher, or
* The gift voucher number/code
* ⁠Our clinic vouchers will not work on our website please call the clinic to process your order

Unfortunately, we are unable to redeem a voucher without one of these.

Gift Voucher Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Remaining Balances
If there is a balance left after your visit, the remaining amount will be clearly written on your voucher for future use.

Important Information
* Voucher balances cannot be transferred to your account.
* Voucher credit cannot be held on file.
* If your voucher was purchased by someone else, please ask them for the voucher number if you do not have the physical voucher.
