I’ve recently advanced my expertise in Nordlys IPL, an incredibly results-driven system that has taken our treatments to the next level. An absolute highlight of my career was being awarded ‘Beauty Therapist of the Year’, a recognition of the passion and dedication I bring to my work each day. I’m also a qualified Phi-Brow Artist, with a long-standing belief in fuller, natural brows as one of the most defining features of the face.It’s an honour to work alongside Charlene and the incredible team at Touch and Glow. Hi, I’m Natasha! I joined the Touch & Glow team in August 2022 as Front of House Receptionist and also work as a Makeup Artist and Tanning Specialist across both clinics. With 18 years in the beauty industry, including time in Australia with Benefit Cosmetics and luxury brands like Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown, I bring a passion for skincare, makeup, and exceptional client care. I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing team and look forward to welcoming you into the clinic!

Emma has been a valued member of our front of house team since 2018, bringing over 15 years of customer service experience. With extensive training in top skincare brands like Environ, DMK, and Jane Iredale, she’s passionate about making every client feel welcome and at ease. Her warm, bubbly personality shines through from the moment you walk in, and she truly loves being part of the Touch & Glow team.

Skin & Laser Therapist

Agnes graduated from Cavan Institute in 2010 with a qualification in Hair & Beauty Therapy and was awarded Student of the Year. She spent over 11 years in a 4-star spa, gaining extensive experience and a high standard of treatment before joining Touch & Glow in July 2021. Her passion for skincare and massage led her to advance her career as a Spa Supervisor and in-house trainer after completing her ITEC Certificate in Education and Training in 2017. Since joining the team, Agnes has further expanded her skills with training in top skincare brands like Environ, DMK, and Image, and is also qualified in treatments like Candela Laser Hair Removal, Rejuvapen, CACI, and the Nordlys IPL system.

Beauty Therapist

Jade is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist with 7 years of experience in beauty and customer service, including time as Ireland’s leading makeup artist for Yves Saint Laurent. She’s been part of the Touch & Glow team since 2019, previously working as a clinic coordinator and makeup artist before returning to hands-on treatments, where she thrives. Jade specialises in bridal spray tanning, HD brows, makeup artistry, advanced waxing, and has recently trained in DMK Skincare and the Advanced Nutrition Programme. She loves building client relationships and being part of a fun, passionate team.

Hi, I’m Ellie! I joined Touch & Glow in October 2022 as a Skin & Laser Therapist after graduating from Cavan Institute with ITEC and CIDESCO qualifications. I’ve trained in Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, Ultraceuticals, DMK, and advanced treatments like Rejuvapen Needling. I especially love working with our medical-grade Candela Laser system and look forward to continuing my training. It’s a joy to be part of such a friendly, supportive team, and I’m excited to help clients on their skin health journey.

Hi, I’m Daina, a Laser and Nail Technician here at Touch & Glow since graduating from Cavan Institute in 2017. I love being part of such a passionate team and have continued to grow through ongoing training in treatments like laser hair removal, advanced waxing, lash extensions, and Ultraceuticals skincare. Nails are a big part of my journey, and I’ve become a highly skilled technician over the years. I'm especially passionate about combining inner wellness with skin health through the Advanced Nutrition Programme. It’s a joy to share my skills and help clients look and feel their best.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Touch & Glow team as a Makeup Artist and Nail Technician. Makeup has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve just completed training with the exciting new brand ‘et al,’ which I love using on clients. I also offer a range of luxurious nail treatments, including gel polish and builder gels with our drill technique. It’s been a joy meeting so many of you already, and I look forward to helping you feel your best for any occasion!

I’m passionate about skincare and laser treatments, which is why I joined the team, known for its expertise in these areas. Since joining, I’ve completed training with brands like Ultraceuticals, Environ, and Candela Laser, and I’m excited to continue learning and helping you with your skin and laser journey!

Hi, I’m Irita, a Senior Skin and Beauty Therapist. I qualified in 2009 and gained valuable experience working on cruise ships before joining Touch & Glow. I’ve trained in brands like Environ, Yonka, and Image, and since joining the team, I’ve been excited to expand my skills with treatments like Rejuvapen Needling. I specialize in facials and waxing and am based at the Carrick clinic. It’s been a pleasure meeting everyone, and I look forward to meeting even more of you!

With over 4 years of customer service experience, I love meeting new clients and ensuring they have the best experience. Aaron is a talented and passionate nail technician who specialises in all things nails - from detailed nail art and flawless acrylics to gel nails, two-week polish, and luxurious pedicures. He also offers Medi-Pedis, a popular treatment for hard skin removal that leaves feet looking and feeling amazing.Known for his friendly, bubbly personality, Aaron is loved by all his clients. His sessions are not only professional but full of laughter and great chats - making every appointment an experience. Since joining Touch and Glow, Aaron has been incredibly grateful for the ongoing training and support from the team.He’s currently expanding his skills with training in HD Brows and LVL Lash Lifts, and is excited to keep growing in the industry. She earned both her Beauty and Advanced Beauty qualifications at Drogheda Institute of Further Education and brings a genuine passion for beauty and wellness to every client interaction.Specialising in nails and a wide range of beauty treatments, Caitlyn is especially excited to expand her knowledge in skincare and the professional products used at the clinic. Since joining Touch and Glow, she has already completed training in the Advanced Nutrition Programme, HD Brows, Lycon Advanced Waxing, lash extensions Environ skincare and her favourite Yonka skincare—renowned for its luxurious, relaxing facials that Caitlyn truly enjoys performing.Caitlyn looks forward to continuing her journey, meeting more amazing clients, and helping each one feel as fabulous and confident as possible.

Erica brings both expertise and a calming touch to her treatments. Emily is a passionate and qualified beauty therapist who joined Touch and Glow at the beginning of 2025. A proud graduate of Drogheda Institute of Further Education, Emily brings both skill and enthusiasm to every treatment she provides.With a strong foundation in beauty therapy, Emily has completed specialised training in BIAB nails, lash lifts, and eyebrow laminations. Since becoming part of the Touch and Glow team, she has continued to grow her expertise, adding advanced qualifications in the Advanced Nutrition Programme, Et-al makeup, lash Extensions Environ skincare, HD Brows, and LVL Lash Lifts.Although Emily enjoys all aspects of her work, she has a particular passion for Builder Nails-loving the creativity and satisfaction that comes with each unique set.Emily is truly grateful to be part of such a supportive and inspiring team and cherishes the relationships she’s built with her wonderful clients. Heather joined the Touch and Glow team in December 2023, bringing a deep passion for skincare and a broad range of advanced qualifications. She completed two years of training at Ó Fiaich Institute in Dundalk, graduating in May 2023 with ITEC certifications and hands-on experience in a variety of treatments.Heathers training covers a wide scope of services including skin and eye treatments, makeup, manicures and pedicures, holistic massage, and Indian head massage. She also holds advanced qualifications in chemical peels, skin needling, microdermabrasion, IPL with Nordlys, and Candela laser hair removal Environ skincare and Ultraceuticals skincareKnown for her calm, professional approach and dedication to client care, Heather is passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin.
